By working with Adfosys as a freelancer, you agree to provide services as an independent contractor, not as an employee.
All tasks and payments will be agreed upon in writing before starting, and payment will be made upon successful completion and approval of the work, typically within 3–5 business days.
You are expected to deliver work on time, maintain clear communication, and provide up to two minor revisions per task. Once payment is made, all rights to the work are transferred to Adfosys, and you may not reuse or resell the content.
You must maintain strict confidentiality about all projects, clients, and internal communications. Failure to meet deadlines, repeated delays, or unprofessional behavior may result in termination of your services without compensation for incomplete or unapproved work.
All disputes, if any, will be resolved under the jurisdiction of Indian law. By accepting work from Adfosys, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
